Is this dress modest?

I just bought it in pink and I'm wondering if it's modest. On me its much looser than on the model and its maybe 4 or 5 inches above me knees. If not, then what do you think of wearing pants with it?

If we were to QR this dress, I don't think it would come out as modest.  Why?  The neckline is a tad low (and you'd see everything should you bend over) and it's a few inches above the knee.  Other than that, the material seems fine.  If you can find it a little longer it shouldn't be a problem.
