Can a person stand in an immodest way but be modestly covered?  Are there immodest ways to walk?

I think a person can stretch immodestly, even if they are completely covered all the time. During High School, I saw many girls stretch by pulling their arms back behind their chair, resulting in their chest being thrust forward. That pose (which they held for several moments) was very immodest, and was a definite temptation.

I also believe that there are some walks (like a strut) that can be called quite immodest, because they suggest something, even if it is not seen.

So say we all.

I have to agree with you, Foy. I found the Rebelution's modesty survey eye-opening  in these areas of posture and movement. I am careful of the way I move, sit, stand, ect. when I am with guys. Thank God my parents have taught me to behave like a lady.

It is amazing that lady-like training actually helps so much, that's for sure.

What were you most surprised about at the Rebelution site?

I was surprised at the guys' answers to the question about lifting a long skirt as high as the knee in order to step over something. When I started reading the comments, it started making sense. (As in something that was beforehand covered, now being exposed, caused a struggle.) I never wear knee-length skirts. (For me they have to come at least four usually more inches below the knee.) Just my personal standards and the wishes of my parents. Anyway I was a little surprised, until I read the comments.
