Flutter Sleeve Printed Maxi

Looking for a long dress with color and character?  This one just might fit the bill.

This maxi dress goes almost all the way down to the ankles, and the bow in front is what draws the most attention.  The shoulders are covered, but the neckline is a touch low (could be ok on some body types) and the v-neckline can draw some attention. 

Probably best to layer this with a camisole or other neutral layering shirt.

Other than that, the pattern is nice, and it’s flowy, so that’s a good thing.
