Ya know, it’s going to be REALLY hard to do the comment challenge when the only articles being posted are about the giveaway. Are there any regular articles in the month of February that I just missed by chance? You can only say so much about the newsletter and such. :P
But you can comment on ANY past articles or QRs or ANYTHING (except the forum, of course!) This site has been up for a few years and there is just a wealth of things to talk about and comment on!

I probably wouldn’t be doing this month’s challenge if the articles and posts had to be written in Feb. One would run out of things to say. The post, comments, and articles are very interesting. I’m so glad I came across this site! :)

With this comment, you just passed her too. Only that’s not reflected because the widget is the last 30 days (so she’s still getting credit for some posts in January. My number’s a little inflated that way as well. And this comment contest will disappear from the radar in April. If I showed all time comment, that would be wild too. Just the way these things work…
Does that mean that her comment numbers aren’t accurate for the “Feb. most comment contest”? They only count if they are in Feb. right? All mine are from Feb. because I just got on this site on the second.
That would be correct. Her count is 2 more than it will be at the end of February, as of the writing of this comment. I’d actually have to do research to tell you what day this month they would cease to be displayed, and even at the end of the month, there will still be 2 days of January that will show up in that count, because February only has 28 days in it. Does that make sense?
That makes all the sense in the world. That means she gets two extra days of comments. Is that right. If it is that means I should have started this on Jan. 30.
@ LadyAbigail – you are certainly welcome for the tip. I just couldn’t not say anything when I realized you were slightly confused on the contest rules. Besides, it’s not a competition if one person is WAAAAY ahead of everyone else. Blessings!

I’m glad that we can provide amusement for you. I hope it brightens your day in some small way. Not sure about the storm part, as I’m sure I had many, many more comments than anyone until this contest.
My day was bright and happy until about a minute ago. Now I’m crying.
I just received emails about a young man who died on a mission trip in Puerto Rico. He fell off a cliff and drowned. :`( My family has stayed in his family’s home and I’m friends with his sister. He was only 24 years old. What a tragedy… but God’s still in control.
That is really sad. That is so nice that he got to go on a missions trip. When there are deaths in Christian families, I always wonder what the lost see in us. There are times, sadly, that Christians get angry at God for letting this happen. The unbelievers are so afraid of death, which is understandable. I’m sure the family will be a good witness for Christ to the lost through this great tragedy.
Yes, Erin. I’m sure that the family (in Iowa) is being a godly witness to the community in their time of sorrow. Thank God for the hope of eternal life through JESUS!! Though are physical bodies die, our spirits remain alive!
