Satin A-Line Wedding Gown

Today’s featured gown is a beautiful a-line wedding gown from David’s Bridal.   I did not think a modest dress could be found on their website,  so I was surprised when I saw this  satin wedding gown.   This white satin gown is strapless with a lace  coat with 3/4 inch sleeves.  I am not a fan of strapless dresses but I could comfortably wear this one with the lace over coat.   The train of the gown brushes the floor.   This is certainly a dress a blushing bride can look modest in and feel beautiful!

I actually bought my wedding gown at David’s Bridal…8 years ago now. It was very modest, with cap sleeves and the neckline wasn’t low at all. I haven’t looked there since then and their selection wasn’t huge, but there were a few modest ones to choose from if you took the time to look!

This dress is very nice. I think there is quite a gap in the chest area that would need some covering. The sleeves on this dress are modest.

This dress is modest but not really within my taste. I do like the skirt with the train that appears to be a sheer overlay. I don’t really care for the see-through sleeves

This looks like a dress bigger women can wear and look great in. Full figured might be a better way of saying that. :) Anyway, the lace over coat is a great idea. My sister did that for her wedding and it looked very nice.
