This is very simple but would be great for accessorizing, I guess. It all depends on your tastes. It’s said by the “experts” that only “Winters” can wear black and have it make them look good. So that’s a consideration if you buy into the “Color Theory.”
A teal shirt would really look nice with this dress. I agree with you Annegirl. Black is not a good color for red-haired people either. Yuck.
You have red hair?? That is so neat! I have cousins that have red hair. Unfortunately, in my immediate family, we only have hints of it in our brown hair. But I’ve always thought red hair is pretty!
The skirt part is cute with the little folds in it. A blouse of some sort over the top would tone down the black. It is a nice jumper.
