This orchid taffeta gown at Kathleen’s Bridal is modest, yet elegant!  I love that the  gown has gathered puff sleeves.  I like the pleated wrap waist and the 1/2 inch bubble skirt.  I think the beaded applique in the bodice and flowing down the waist  adds to the character of the gown, of course I’m a big fan of beads anyway!    Over all I would say this is a very modest formal gown.   If the orchid color isn’t your style, the dress comes two other colors, water blue and watermelon!

This one is nice also. It might be a bit tight in the bust area for some women. It is nice otherwise.

Beautiful color and exquisite beading! The underskirt is lovely, but I don’t like the poofy overskirt. Erin’s concern is valid.

Yes, I don’t like that puffy over skirt either. It would look better without it in my opinion. The color is nice the beading to as Annegirl mentioned. :)

Wow, Erin! You are really going to town with the comments! :) I must say again how pretty the dress would be without that overskirt!! I didn’t rate this post yet so I’ll do it now.
