Facebook or Google?

We have been running the Google Friend Connect widget on this site for a few weeks now. But there have only been 10 people that have joined, and I have access to a neat widget I’m using over at MInTheGap that connects through Facebook and Twitter.
So, I was wondering… Would you rather connect with this blog through Google, or would you rather connect through Facebook?
I’d like to know if Facebook would be more popular, and, if so, I’ll switch!

I personally can’t stand that Google thing on the page. It’s on a couple sites I visit, and depending which computer I’m using, it either a) doesn’t show up and causes all sorts of errors and formatting weirdness on the page, or b) does show up and is annoying. Why do we have to “join” every web site, anyway? Can’t I just read it?

I have facebook!
I use Google for mail and internet searches. That’s it. Facebook for everything else. :)
