		<description>Actually the dress looks funny (like I &#039;don&#039;t have a waist&#039;) because I was beginning to bend forward in surprise when the picture was taken! It really is a flattering dress. The top is satin, and the body is fully sparkled. There is a netting that lines the skirt part and it&#039;s exposed at the hem to provide a little more leg coverage. It was quite appropriate for the event.(BTW- I did win! LOL)</description>

The point of it is that it disguises a heavy bottom half, so it is recommended for girls who have a pear shaped body.  It&#039;s the same type of waistline used in many classic dresses such as regency dresses.  Just an FYI. :)
