Is This Modest?
Hannah: I really have a problem with the way the belt draws the gaze to the bust. I think the way the shirt is fairly tight across the chest and then is pulled in by the brightly colored belt is not an appropriate style.
MInTheGap: As a whole, this outfit is interesting. I’m not sure what I think about a tunic in the first place—it looks a bit like a dress over pants. The jeans seem fine with plenty of room. The tunic itself is a bit odd with the belt—though also a bit patriotic. The other views look fine, it’s the way that the belt sits so high on the front view (or is it the way she’s standing with her hips?) that makes this look questionable.
Foy: I agree with both of you. The belt/band sits way too high, and does seem to outline the bust.

Not that I like it, but is there a problem with a dress over jeans, M? Or do you just think it’s kinda weird? :)
I like the dress over jeans look and the belt gives definition to the dress. I think its ok..
I think he just thinks it looks funny. :) It does look funny if you really think about it. I don’t really have a problem with the modesty (aside from how she’s standing) but I don’t like the style.
