Hannah: Here is an instance when the body language more than the outfit itself is immodest. When she stands up straight the dress is probably still going to be too short, but otherwise it seems to have a fairly high neck line and isn’t too bad. But…the whole position of leaning forward has pulled the dress up in the back and made it tight and the hands between the legs have only made it much worse. An excellent example of when modesty is an issue of the heart and not necessarily the outfit.

MInTheGap: Talk about a distracting background! In any case, the top is opening up as she’s bending over, but it’s probaby a fine height. The skirt length is too short– she’s holding it down and bending over and it still doesn’t touch the knee.

Foy: Yikes! A bad photoshoot to be sure. The pattern, while it makes you go cross-eyed, does a tremendous job of masking form. However, that goes out the window with this particular picture. Hands are in an incredibly horrible spot, and the belt is way too high. A one.

Eew. I don’t like that picture. SHE is acting immodest, even though the dress is only borderline.

This is my photo. I have a few things to say. I appreciate constructive criticism but calling my photo bad & saying ‘eew’ isn’t exactly what I like to see. I think you could put it another way. I’m not acting immodest in this photo, you all seem to be taking everything out of context. The pose is meant to be more of a shy/bashful one, not inappropriate & suggestive like you are all saying. & by the way..it’s a waist belt. I’m wearing it on my waist where it belongs. It gives the dress more shape, it’s very loose & shapeless without one.

I think the belt is fine and very pretty, (black and red go well together). It does look like it gaps in the front and the skirt is a bit short. Where her hands are do draw attention to the wrong place, although I’m sure that was not the intention of course.
