Is This Modest?

Foy: Two things that I notice. One, the shirt is too low. Too much can be seen. Two, the hair is in a bad position. Right now it hides a significant portion of the chest, which is good; but, it makes the mind wonder what would happen if she flipped her hair up (or something similar).

MInTheGap: The color is good for her, but that’s not the main issue. The shirt is low enough to expose too much of her chest. The hair will move, so even though it might temporarily look ok, it will also show her chest when the hair moves. I would advise putting a layer under this, and that would make it ok.
