Is This Modest?
MInTheGap: The skirt is a good length, and there’s little exposed skin because of the boots. The layers on top provide a good deal of covering. However, the skirt– like most pencil skirts– is tight around the midsection (you can see where it’s being pulled by her pose– so it’s not as modest as it could be.
Foy: I don’t care for this type of shirt: even though everything is covered, the fact that it is a V- neck can create some troubles for guys. I also notice that there might be a slit on the left side – I’m not sure if that’s her leg or the background. If it is her leg, I might be saying slightly immodest.

Cowboy boots with a pencil skirt? That’s odd.
As for the modesty of this, I think the skirt is mostly okay but the shirt isn’t. The slit in the skirt doesn’t appear to go more than a couple inches above her knee.
if you don’t think that outfit is modest, then you have a couple of screws loose.
why am i NOT surprised that this blog is written by a man bent on controlling women’s sexuality. [roll eyes]
I would think the skirt is a bit immodest, being so tight, and the top to me looks okay, but to men, I guess it could be immodest.
This is pretty cute, actually. I’d wear something similar, in fact, I probably have. I don’t normally tuck my shirt into my skirt, though…it just seems a little “bold” for me haha!
I agree with the guys. The skirt is kinda tight. The top is a little funny looking, imo, but it’s modest.
