MInTheGap: The under layer makes this much more modest than it would have been with just the tank top. The shirt is not too tight, and it looks comfortable.
Foy: I think this is great. This style of tank top usually excentuates the bust – this one doesn’t. The pattern also helps this shirt maintain modesty.

Honestly I think the reason it doesn’t “excentuate the bust” is because she doesn’t look like a very busty girl.
I don’t think it’s as modest as it could be, because it is a tank top. As you might remember, I do not like sleeveless shirts.

It might accentuate the bust more if it were a different pattern, or a different color, but it’s not THAT bad I think.

If the panel is the same color as the shirt, or one of the colors on the shirt, like this one is, it’s not that bad because at first glance, it looks like it’s part of the shirt. Problems come when the panel is a different color. Then it sticks out like a sore thumb.
I love that layered tank top look. My GF dresses that way all the time. Being in the heat, we rarely wear much more than tanks and shorts.
Stripes don’t usually accentuate the bust from what I’ve seen.
Stripes accentuate everything just look at Jessica Simpson!

I have to agree about the stripes, but I will say vertical strips accentuate the bust quite a bit more than horizontal stripes.

I think the looks works well, my daughter is rather well endowed and i insist she wear an undershirt when ever wearing a tank top.
