Is This Modest?
MInTheGap: A lot of V’s, but none of them are tight, and it’s not that distracting. This is an interesting, and mostly modest outfit– if not completely modest.
Erin: I don’t have any problems with this outfit…but the colors are not that good for her. It needs a “splash” of something cheerful

I agree with Erin – it’s modest, but it’s also frumpy and unflattering.
