Is This Modest?

MInTheGap: The color works good for her, and the dress covers everything it should. There’s a high neckline, great length, and it looks fashionable. My only quibble could be how tight it could be on top, but this is a great example of a modest formal.

Foy: It covers everything! Amazing! But I have to agree with M, it’s a bit tight on the top, and a little bit too tight in the midsection. Other than that: modest!

It’s mostly modest, yes. Very modest compared to many other formal dresses!

But I don’t understand why the dressmaker chose to put those oddball bubbleskirts/ruffles in the middle of the skirt. I don’t think that is flattering at all- it draws the eye to a strange place… I prefer clean, sleek lines- Can you tell? :P

Pretty much modest!!! I agree with Anna though, the poofy part is kind of odd.. looks out of place almost???
