Is This Modest?

MInTheGap: This is probably one of the few halter-top dresses that doesn’t expose the whole chest area. It really is a lovely dress, and though all of the shoulder is exposed (and probably a good chunk of the back) that doesn’t present that big of a problem for me, so I’m going mostly modest.

Kristin: The lace at the neckline here definitely helps to draw the eye upward, but underneath the lace the top is VERY low and you can see it through the neckline. I’m not crazy about the ‘come hither’ look either. This one is Slightly Immodest Mostly Modest in my opinion.
