MInTheGap: Everything’s covered, but it’s also very suggestive. Not only is the shirt tight, but the slightly messed up hair suggests “I’m waiting for you”. This is borderline at best.

Creating a modest wardrobe on a small budget

…where it can be difficult to find modest skirts and jumpers at retail stores, they are readily available at second hand stores. I now have a growing, modest wardrobe, that contains quality items, with very little money spent!
