I watch a lot of What Not to Wear (shameful, I know) and every time a larger-busted woman is on the show, they pick out v-neck shirts with undershirts (I don't always approve of their undershirts - they like to pick embelleshed or lacy camis to go underneath which I think defeats the purpose of drawing the eyes away from the chest area).
